Every single wine on our list is grown organically, and many of them biodynamically. They are all produced in a more natural and sustainable way than conventional wines, with the use of natural yeasts, minimal intervention in the cellar and no artificial additives.
They are also chosen for their sense of place, all being grown close to the coastlines of Europe, giving them a touch of seaside breeze and salinity that perfectly matches our menus and our mood. We’ve made a little exception for fizz, because sometimes everyone needs a bit of Champagne.
